About The Late Bird

Worms are for the birds and so are not-very-good baked goods. The Late Bird is a one-woman homestead baking operation specializing in gluten free breads and desserts made from high quality ingredients, based out of my Deerfield, NH home kitchen. I’m baking the kinds of treats that I make and eat at home, because I can’t often find them in a store. What sets the Late Bird apart?

Allergy Statement

Although carefully prepared, there IS still potential for cross contamination with all major allergens in our home kitchen due to shared equipment (i.e. our home dishwasher), thus sadly these baked goods are not suitable for those with serious allergies, including celiac disease, at this time.
